Appointment Cancellation Policy

Please give more than 24 hours’ notice

To avoid the cancellation fee, please cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

A $100 cancellation fee applies when an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of its scheduled appointment time.

How to cancel or request a new time

Call (513) 761-0378 or email info@lovecurvybridal.com. Include your name, the date and time of your appointment, and whether you would like to cancel or reschedule.

If you would like a new appointment time, our team can help you find an available opening. Please contact us as soon as you know your plans have changed.

Running late or something unexpected?

We understand that life happens. Please call us as soon as possible if you are delayed or unable to attend. Our team can discuss the time available and help you work out the next step.

Return visits and gown pickups

Your first return visit is free. Additional return appointments have a $50 appointment fee. This is an appointment fee, separate from the cancellation fee described above.

Gown pickup appointments are arranged by phone. If you need to change a return visit or pickup appointment, please contact our team.
