About The Hill Bridal Collective

In 2011, The Hill Bridal Collective was quite literally built on love when owners Kelly and Allen Hill were married in our original store location in Cincinnati, OH. What started as three gowns (one of which being Kelly’s own wedding dress) has grown into three bridal brands spanning four locations. The Hill Bridal Collective was built on the commitment to ensuring every bride’s “yes to the dress“ moment is an experience, not just an appointment. Our stores Love Curvy Bridal, Lace Bridal Couture, and The Reading Bridal Outlet, offer thoughtfully chosen selections, expertly trained staff, and warm atmosphere’s ensuring your perfect moment.

Kelly | Owner

Kelly is the co-owner and Chief Executive officer of the Hill Bridal Collective. Kelly brings a passion and enthusiasm to bridal gown shopping like no other. She has built an incredible team of managers and stylists in each of her stores who create the most enjoyable shopping experience for her brides. Kelly’s eye for fashion and detail are the reason why Love Curvy Bridal has the most sought after designers in the industry.

Allen | Owner

Allen is the co-owner and Chief Finance officer, Chief Vision officer and everything else behind the scenes of the Hill Bridal Collective. Allen is an extraordinary partner in the business, with his wife, Kelly. Together, they have created a conglomerate of bridal stores with three stores in Cincinnati and a new store in Savannah, GA. Their vision of providing bridal gowns for ALL brides is their passion as they continue to grow their stores throughout the US.

MICHAELA | MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

Michaela is our Director of Marketing and Communications. Bringing marketing expertise as well as creative perspective to content creation and social media management, Michaela heads our socials and all things marketing and advertising. The ultimate hype woman for our brides and stylist, Michaela has a knack for making every woman behind her camera feel beautiful and stylish.

HALEY | HILL BRIDAL COLLECTIVE MANAGER

As store manager of our Cincinnati locations, Haley seamlessly heads our Cincinnati operations ensuring our growth and team success. Whether she’s working with brides, corresponding with designers, or helping curate our gown selection, Haley’s passion for our brides and staff always shines through.

FAQ's

We do allow walk-ins dependent on stylist availability. Because of limited space, we highly recommend making an appointment so we can assure a stylist and dressing room is available.

We only have one requirement: underwear on your bottom half! The majority of our gowns don’t require a bra, however please feel free to bring one with you for modesty, if you prefer.

All Love Curvy locations carry sample gowns in bridal sizes 16-32. Price ranges vary by location. Please visit each locations page for more information on their specific selection.

Wedding dresses take 6-9 months to come in depending on designer and shipping options. Accessories typically take between 2-4 months. If your wedding is happening sooner than that, there are many other options such as rushing an order or purchasing a sample…your stylist will know exactly what will work for you. If you are getting married within 6 months we recommend calling your local Love Curvy store to learn more about your options.

Absolutely! We just ask all drinks stay within your dressing room space and out of reach of merchandise. You’ll also get a complimentary bottle from us when you say yes to your dress!

We don’t have a seamstress on staff but have a list of highly trusted alterations specialists we work closely with. When you order your gown we will give you that list but you’re more than welcome to use any seamstress you trust.

Yes! At your appointment, your stylist will begin with walking you through our selection and helping pull gowns based on your wants & needs. After your stylist gets a feel for what you’re liking, they will then go pull more looks for you to try. Due to COVID and appointment efficiency, only the bride is able to browse our sales floor with her stylist. We know that brides want to see all of their options, so we have our listed our designers and their websites for you to browse through prior to coming in. Please note: we don’t have every dress in stock to try on, so if you see something you like please call us to check availability.

It’s a collection of dresses or accessories that we don’t have in our inventory and is sent to us for a limited period of time. Basically, it’s more options to try on, and there’s usually an incentive from the designer, too!

Absolutely! We also have WiFi if you want to Zoom/FaceTime with someone important who couldn’t make it.
